Paypal is a secure payment portal. You do not need to have a palpal account to use the payment service. When you click on the proceed to payment button in the registration form you will be sent to the payapl site.
Once on Paypal you have the option to use and existing paypal account or to pay with your credit card – Simply click on credit card and enter your information.
